2 lbs frozen Ore-Ida hash browns
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onion

Topping: 2 cups crushed corn flakes
2 Tbsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together hash browns, soup, cheese, and onions, put into a buttered 13X9 casserole dish. Mix corn flakes and butter and sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Cover with foil and refrigerate until ready to bake. Bake at 350º for 1 hour, remove foil and return to oven for 15-20 minutes to crisp the corn flakes.
