Tuna steak(s)
Sesame oil
Sesame seeds
Sprouts (bean or alfalfa)
Seedless cucumber
Wasabi sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat sesame oil in fry pan.
Lightly brush tuna with sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Fry lightly on each side, NOT VERY LONG, just to sear the edges.

On a platter, spread the sprouts and slice cucumbers and place on top of sprouts.

Slice tuna (against the grain) and lay on the sprout/cucumber.

Drizzle wasabi sauce on top.
