1 pkg Onion Mushroom Soup Mix
1 c Olive Oil
1/4 c butter
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Majoram
1/4 tsp pepper
2 lbs Potatoes, washed, and cut into steak fry slices or quarters (your choice)



Directions:
Directions:
Place taters in 9x13 pan sprayed with Pam. Mix all ingredients. Drizzle over potatoes. Bake at 450 degrees for 60 minutes.
