Ingredients:  
3 cups frozen hashbrown potatoes
c shredded cheese
1 c diced, cooked, sausage or ham
cup chopped green onions
4 eggs, beaten
1 (12 oz.) evaporated milk
t. black pepper
⅛ t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 2 qt. casserole dish. Layer 1st 4 ingredients in order given. Combine last 4 & pour over potatoes.
Can cover & refrigerate or bake immediately. Bake @ 350 for 40-45 min. (55-60 if refrigerated)
