¾-1 lb lean ground beef
¾ c vegetable broth
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp dried oregano leaves, crushed
½ tsp garlic powder
8 oz stewed tomatoes
1½ c uncooked corkscrew-shaped pasta or medium tube shaped

Cook beef in a 10 inch skillet over medium-high heat until it's well browned, stirring often to break up the meat. Pour off any fat. Stir the broth, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, garlic and tomatoes in the skillet and heat to a boil. Stir in pasta. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring often. Uncover. Cook for 5 minutes or until pasta is tender.
