Ingredients:  
2 cups of unbleached flour (I usually do half white, half whole wheat)
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

2 eggs beaten
3 mashed bananas (use ripe bananas... I always have ones in the freezer)
3/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
3 tbsp milk
1 tsp pure vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients and set aside.
Combine wet ingredients in mixing bowl
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients (add chocolate chips, cranberries, nuts or anything else fun)
Pour into a greased loaf pan
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.

You can also divide the batter in half to make two smaller loaves - bake these for only 40 min.
