Directions:
Layer potatoes, onions, and green beans using also the liquid from the cans in crock pot. Add sausage or ham. Sprinkle with salt and Pepper (i just guess at how much) and add chicken broth to about a 1/2 inch above the ingredients. (I use about 1 can and add water if I need to}

Cook on Low for about 6 hours or high for about 3 hours.

This can also be made in a pot on the stove if you want to make it quicker and just simmer untill the meat is cooked well
and the onions are soft, about an hour so that the flavors are well blended.

This is a 'One Pot Meal" We like to just eat it out of a bowl with some crusty or garlic bread. Good on a cold night instead of soup!
