Christmas Tree & Pointsetta Christmas Cookies

1C butter
3/4 C sugar
1 large egg
1t almond extract
2 1/4C flour
1/4t baking powder
1/4t salt
food coloring
sprinkles or candied cherries
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugar. Add next items in order. Looks like play dough.
Add to spritz cookie machine & Bake at 375º for 8-9 minutes (do not brown).
Allow to cool slightly before removing to brown paper or plate to fully cool.
Store in airtight container.
