16 servings mashed potatoes (from scratch or Instant
8 oz Cream Cheese
8 oz Sour Cream
Garlic powder to taste
Dash of onion powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
Paprika
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Place in ungreased casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for approximately 30 minutes until the top is kind of crusty and sides are bubbly. Let sit up for 10 minutes or so before serving.
