Ingredients:

2-3 chicken breasts (diced)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 4 oz. jar diced pimentos
1 package of fried onions (half goes in the mix and the other half on top)
2-3 cups shredded cheese (leave some out to sprinkle on top)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups cooked rice
1 can cut green beans
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl and place into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining fried onions and shredded cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 400 for 25-30 minutes.
