½ cup butter
¾ cup brown sugar packed
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 egg
1½ teaspoons vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
¾ teaspoon soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
⅛ teaspoon salt
6 ounces white chocolate chips (1cup)
7 ounce jar macadamias

Directions:
Beat butter and sugars together. Add egg. Beat together. Add flour mixture and vanilla. Stir in white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. Drop by spoonful and bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes.
