1 large Lime Jello
1 cup grated Longhorn cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped walnuts (LaVeta used Black Walnuts)
1 large can crushed pineapple drained
1 cup heavy whipping cream (then whip and sweeten)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix jello as directed and chill until slightly thickened.
Mix in Longhorn cheese, pineapple that's drained, whipped cream and walnuts. Chill.
