2½ c. minced green peppers
2 jalapeño peppers, minced
½ c. minced Anaheim peppers
1½ c. white vinegar
6 c. sugar
dash of salt
1 box liquid pectin (6 oz.)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except pectin, together in a pot and boil for 10 minutes. Add pectin and bring back to a boil, and boil for 1 minute. Pour hot jam in jars and seal.
