1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. butterscotch chips
tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vinegar
Apples, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave condensed milk, butterscotch chips, and salt for 3-5 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds; until dissolved and smooth. Add cinnamon and vinegar and combine well. Serve with sliced apples.
