"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts - cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the oven to 400F. Perpare a rimmed baking sheet (I add a layer of parchment for easier clean up).

Season the chicken and potatoes in a bowl with oil salt mustard (OR oil and and pre packed spice such as Montreal chicken spice). Pour mixture onto parchment and pop into the over.

Start roasting the chicken and potatoes; about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, combine oil/seasoning with other veg in bowl.

Add the broccoli & any other quicker cooking veggies to the sheet pan.

Bake until crispy: about 10-15 minutes more.

Personal Notes:
Can do other protein (shrimp, sausage or steak strips) adjust cooking time appropriately.
