1 lb loaf French Bread
1½ c sour cream
½ c butter, melted
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
2 c Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
¼ c Parmesan cheese
1- 6½ oz marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
4 cloves garlic, pressed

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bread in half lengthwise; hollow out, leaving ½ inch bread in shells. Set aside. Place removed bread in a food processor and process until crumbly. In a large bowl, combine the bread crumbs, sour cream, butter, and sesame seeds. Spread on baking sheet and broil for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring once. Place back in bowl with cheeses, artichokes, garlic and parsley. Spoon into bread shells. Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Slice and serve warm.
