1 boiled fryer or rotisserie chicken (skin removed and deboned) shred or chop chicken. ½ cup Chicken broth
1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
1 can of diced Rotel
1 can green chili peppers chopped (optional)
1 package of Taco flavored Dorito chips
1 medium onion chopped
½ chopped bell pepper
¾ pound grated Velveeta Cheese
Grated Cheddar cheese for topping
Optional Black olives
Optional: small carton sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken and debone. Mix soups, Rotel, Velveeta, green chilis, bell pepper, onion and broth. Start and end with Doritos in large casserole dish. Then layer the chicken and soup mixtures then Doritos until all is gone. Ending with Doritos. Sprinkle Cheddar Cheese on top of Doritos and then black olives. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.(Optional cover with sour cream and bake another 10 minutes.)
