1 boiled fryer or rotisserie chicken (skin removed and deboned) shred or chop chicken
cup chicken broth
1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
1 can of diced Rotel
1 small pkg of taco or cheese flavored Doritos
1 medium onion chopped
chopped bell pepper
pound shredded velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soups, broth, onion, bell pepper, chopped or shredded chicken and Rotel together. Layer in 9x13 pan first with Doritos, then above mixture, then cheese. Repeat layers until all used ending with cheese..
Bake 45 minutes at 350.
