1 boiled fryer or rotisserie chicken (skin removed and deboned) shred or chop chicken chicken broth
1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
1 can of diced Rotel
1 can green chili peppers chopped
1 package of Dorito chips or 1 package corn tortillas
1 medium onion chopped
½ chopped bell pepper
¾ pound grated Cheddar cheese
Optional: small carton sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken and debone. Either use package of Doritos or (package of tortillas and cut into fourths). Dip in broth. Mix soups, Rotel, green chilis, bell pepper, cheese and onion. Layer Dorito's or tortilla chips dipped in broth, chicken and soup mixture. Sprinkle black olives on top and bake at 350º for 35 minutes. Optional cover with sour cream and bake another 10 minutes.
