4 cups sliced peaches
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp flour

Cobbler:
1 1/3 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

4 Tbsp butter, cut into pieces

1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup sour cream
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350º.

Combine first 4 ingredients in greased casserole dish and bake 20 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter.

In separate bowl, whisk milk, sour cream, egg and vanilla until blended. Make a well in dry ingredients and pour in liquid, stirring just until blended. Spoon topping here and there over peaches.

Combine 1 Tbsp sugar and 1/4 tsp cinnamon and sprinkle over top.

Bake 20 minutes. Cool 10-15 minutes.
