4 cups peaches
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp flour

Cobbler:
1 1/3 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

4 Tbsp butter, cut into pieces

1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup sour cream
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine peach mixture in greased casserole dish and bake 20 minutes.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter.

In separate bowl, whisk milk, sour cream, egg and vanilla until blended.

Make a well in dry ingredients and pour in liquid, stirring just until blended.

Spoon topping here and there over peaches.

Combine 1 Tbsp sugar and 1/4 tsp cinnamon and sprinkle over top.

Bake 20 minutes. Cool 10-15 minutes.
