Crust:
1 1/2 cup graham crackers - grind in blender
6 Tbsp butter, melted

Cheesecake:
2 eggs
1 lb cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt

Topping:
1 1/2 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine graham crackers and melted butter. Press into 9" springform pan.

Mix cheesecake ingredients and pour into crust. Bake 20 minutes at 375.

Combine topping ingredients and pour over cooked cake. Bake 5 minutes at 425.
