- 2 eggs
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 tsp. of salt
- 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of sugar
- 5 cups of all purpose flour
- 10 tsp. of baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix the sugar with the eggs.
2. Add all the other ingredients and mix.
3. Put the mix in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours
4. Kneed the dough and form into a donut shape
5. Fry in a deep fryer 2 or 3 at a time. They should not touch.
6. Let them cool and sprinkle powdered sugar for serving.
