- 2 cups of sugar
- ⅔ cup of water
- ½ cup of liquid honey
- 1 tsp. of maple extract
- 2 tbsp. of butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put the sugar in a pan.
2. Add the water and put on the stove at medium heat.
3. Wait until the mix is hot and add the honey.
4. Bring to a boil while stirring.
5. Remove the pan from the heat.
6. To test if the consistency is correct, place a small spoonful of the mix into a cup of cold water. It should form a round ball without dissipating or stringing.
7. If it passes this test, add the butter and the maple extract. Mix well.
8. Pour on a cookie sheet with parchment paper on top and let it cool.
9. Stretch and cut in the desired size.
