3 tablespoons pimentos
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese - grated
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese - grated
1 package (3 oz.) cream cheese - softened
Dash of salt
Dash of Texas Pete
Dash of Cayenne Pepper
Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Smash the pimentos with a fork and add them to the grated cheese. Mix in the cream cheese. Add salt, Texas Pete, Worcestershire and cayenne pepper. Add mayonnaise and stir. If mixture is too stiff, more mayonnaise can be added.

Put in an airtight container and refrigerate. It is best to let it set overnight in the refrigerator before serving.
