4 cups cooked chicken - cubed
1/2 cup diced celery
1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts - washed and drained
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sliced green onion

3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 can (10.5 oz.) Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice

1-1/2 cups crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the chicken, celery, water chestnuts, cheese and onions.

In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, soup, salt, and lemon juice. Add this to the chicken mixture and stir together.

Spoon into a 9 x 13-inch casserole. Top with the crushed potato chips.

Bake at 375º for 30 minutes.
