Ingredients:

1 cup sugar
cup shortening
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
cup chopped nuts (optional)
3 large very ripe bananas
2 cups flour
4 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

This is a great recipe to use up over ripe bananas. I used to leave the nuts out for Tyler.
