3 cups frozen corn
3 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 ½ cups milk (2% or whole milk)
3 tablespoons melter butter
Dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Place frozen corn in boiling water for 1-3 minutes and then drain well. Mix together flour and sugar in a bowl. Add to beaten eggs. then add milk and beat again. Pour into a 1½ quart oven proof dish. Next add corn and melted butter. Bake for 30 minutes. Do not stir.
