1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. ground sage
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. water, divided
1/2 c.brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 1/2 c. water in bottom of slow cooker. Rub sage, salt, pepper and garlic over tenderloin. Place in slow cooker for 6 - 8 hours on low.
One hour before roast is finished, mix brown sugar, cornstarch, balsamic vinegar, water and soy sauce together in a saucepan. Heat and stir until thickened. Brush over tenderloin 2 - 3 times during the last hour of cooking.
