1 lb hamburger meat
1 onion
2 stalks celery
2 cans shoepeg corn
1 large can Ranch Style beans

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion and celery, brown with hamburger meat. Drain. Add corn and beans. Season well with garlic powder, salt and pepper, onion powder and celery salt. Heat until bubbly.

You can add stewed tomatoes, or, actually, anything you want to this Hobo mixture. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice and garlic bread.

Easy, fast and versatile. This recipe was given to me by Brianna Harvard Davis many years ago. I don’t think she intended it to be a treasured family recipe, but because it is good, can be customized, easy to prepare and quick to the table, I thought it might be a good one to share.
