1 can pie filling
2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
c. milk
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
tsp. baking sods
tsp. salt
walnuts or streusel topping
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.

Grease + flour pan. Beat together margarine, sugar, and eggs. Add milk, vinegar and vanilla. Beat in dry ingredients. Pour batter into pan. Spread with pie filling. Top with remaining batter. Top with walnuts or streusel topping.

Bake for 35-45min. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with confectioners sugar icing.
