5 lb bone in Pork roast
1 large onion
10 cloves garlic
2 stalks of Celery roughly cut
Salt
Pepper
Onion and Garlic powder

1 bottle BBQ sauce any kind you like

Directions:
Directions:
Slice onion, add chopped celery and garlic cloves to a crock pot on low setting. Generously cover roast with Salt, Pepper, Garlic and Onion Powder and sit on top of veggies, fat side up.

Cook on low for 8 hours.

When pork is done, pull out bone and mix with veggies, shredding pork. Add BBQ sauce to taste and serve.

Prior to adding BBQ sauce consider pulling out a pound of the shredded mix cool and freeze. May use for pork tacos or enchiladas
