Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1 cup warm water
1 package quick rising yeast
1 T salt
3 T sugar
1 egg
6 cups flour
3 T oil

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 350º 9x12 pyrex dish, with a tsp or more oil, or 3 8-inch pie pyrex plates

In a small sauce pan, mix warm water, sugar and yeast. Over medium heat, stir until tiny bubbles start to appear on the edges of the milk. Do not boil.

Put 2 ice cubes in milk mixture to cool down, then add beaten egg.

Mix salt, sugar and flour together (I like to sift this mix). Add to milk mixture a little at a time, mixing well.

Turn out onto floured board or wax paper, and knead until dough is easy to handle. Roll it into a ball. In a large bowl with a little oil, coat all sides of your dough ball. Cover and in a warm place allow to rise for 1 hour.

Work dough down, you are working the air out. Roll in oil, cover and in a warm place, let rise a second hour. ( didn't we al ready do this???!)

Work down again and roll small pinches into rolls. Roll around and coat in oil in baking dish. Cover and let rise in a warm place, about 45 minutes.

Place in heated oven until golden brown on top. Approximately 12 minutes.

Cool on wire racks, once cooled place in large baggies. Rolls freeze wonderfully!
