2 - 8 oz pkgs Cream Cheese
1 - 8½ oz can crushed pineapple, drained
¼ cup green pepper; finely chopped
2 T onion, finely chopped
1 T Seasoned salt
2 cups chopped pecans (reserve ¾ cup)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except reserved ¾ cup pecans. Mix well and shape into large ball.

Roll ball in the reserved nuts to coat.

Chill overnight in fridge.
