1 - 12 or 16 oz plain Oyster crackers
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Buttermilk Dressing Mix
¼ tsp lemon pepper
¾ tsp dill weed
¼ tsp garlic powder
¾ to 1 cup salad oil

Directions:

Oven 300º prepare a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper

Combine dressing mix and oil, blend well; then add dill weed, garlic powder and lemon pepper, mix well again.

In a large baggie (2 qt) mix oyster crackers and dressing mix you just made. Shake, shake, shake till oyster crackers are coated.

Pour crackers coated with dressing mix onto the baking sheet.

Bake in oven, stirring to "crisp" both sides for 15 to 20 minutes.

Place in airtight container, will not last long because they are addictive!

I make a double batch every year around Christmas. One for parties, or to have out for guests. The second batch belongs to Bert! He takes it to work, so he doesn't have to share! He loves these things!!
