Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 Onion
1 Bell Pepper, chopped (optional)
1 can Crushed Tomatoes OR 1 can of Rotel©
1½ cup Water
¾ cup Uncooked Rice
½ cup Ketchup
2 tsp. Chili Powder (DO NOT ADD IF USING ROTEL©)
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onions and bell pepper. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Bring to a boil.

Cover and simmer for 35 minutes.
