1 pound lamb or beef, cubed
4 tablespoons olive oil or butter
2 onions, chopped course
1 - 2 cloves garlic
2 - 4 cups water
1 small can tomato paste
1˝ - 2 pounds green beans
1 Knorr bouillon cube
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil and brown meat. Then sauté onions and garlic. Add green beans. Toss 1 - 2 minutes. Add tomato paste. Add water just until beans are covered. Add bouillon, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until tender.

Serve over rice.
