8 ears fresh corn
2 T butter; melted or butter-flavored cooking spray
1 tsp chopped fresh dillweed

Directions:

Remove husks and silks from corn just before grilling. Spray each ear with cooking spray or roll in melted butter.

Place each ear in heavy-duty aluminum foil, roll up and twist at each end.

Grill covered over med-hot coals for 20 minutes, turning occasionaly.

You can substitute the dillweed for any spice or herb that you like. I grow fresh lavender, it is great to wash and dry them for these potatoes. Let your imagination and taste guide you.
