Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box of Vanilla Wafers
3 SMALL boxes of Vanilla Pudding, instant
5 cups of Milk
5 large Bananas, sliced
8 oz. Sour Cream
16 oz. Whip Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in a large bowl, the milk, pudding and sour cream. Then fold in half of the whip cream.

Layer as follows: wafers, bananas, pudding - repeat until gone. Top with remaining whip cream.

Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.

My Variation:

I actually use the mini wafers. i cut the bananas up and put them and the wafers in the dish I am using. I hold off on the whip cream and mix the pudding up and then pour into the dish with the wafers and bananas. Then I mix it up. I don't bother with the layers. right before serving is when I add the whip cream.

This is a light and fluffy and creamy bana pudding.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is the most requested thing I make. I even had a co-worker that would request it for her birthday even though she is allergic to bananas. She would just start taking the Benadryl before she ate it.
