2 large cans of pineapple chunks drained
1-1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 Tbs flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 sleeve Ritz crackers crumbled
1 stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour mixture into casserole dish. Sprinkle cracker crumbs to cover mixture. Drizzle butter over crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.

My mother-in-law had many terrific recipes. This is one of my favorites. Great side dish for ham, turkey, pork chops, etc. Everyone I’ve served this to has complimented me and asked for the recipe.
