5 chicken breast (halves)
1 cup pecans, cut into pieces. (Not chopped)
2 cup frozen peas
1 large can pineapple tidbits drained (save ¼ cup of juice)
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ tsp. Salt

Directions:
Cook chicken. When cool, debone and cut into chunks. Microwave peas for 4 minutes and let cool. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and add the ¼ cup pineapple juice. Chill and serve.
