cup sugar
cup white vinegar
2T Soy Sauce
2T Catsup
2 lbs chicken legs and wings, skinless

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 350 prepare a 12x8x2 baking dish

Combine all ingredients, minus chicken, and mix well.

Place chicken in prepared baking dish, pour sauce over chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, turning chicken occasionally.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 45 minutes, basting occasionaly.
