1 - 8oz can tomato sauce
¼ cup vinegar
1 med onion, chopped
2 T flour
2 T chili powder
1 T cooking oil
1 tsp salt
6 pork chops
Sliced onion, radish and avocado

Directions:
Directions:
Place tomato sauce, vinegar, onion, flour, chili powder, oil and salt in a blender. Blend till onion is finely chopped.

Place pork shops in a shallow baking dish. Pour sauce from blender over the pork chops. Cover and refrigerate overnight or 4 - 6 hours.

In a large covered skillet simmer pork chops in sauce, 35 - 45 minutes or chops are tender. Arrange chops on a serving platter. Garnish with sliced onion, radish and avocado.

We served it over white rice.
