3/4 plus 2 Tbsp Water
3 cups flour
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp dry milk
2 tsp instant minced onion
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 tsp Quick yeast

2 pound (16 slices):
1 1/4 cups Water
4 1/4 cups flour
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp dry milk
1 Tbsp instant minced onion
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp Quick yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Do not use Delay cycle. Remove baked bread from pan; cool on wire rack.
