Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lemon, halved crosswise, seeds removed
4 garlic cloves, grated
2 bunches broccolini, ends trimmed (do not get ones with flowers, they will be bitter)
3 to 4 tablespoons olive oil
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425 degrees.

Toss lemon halves, garlic and broccolini with the olive oil on a rimmed baking sheet.

Season with salt and pepper, making sure everything is evenly coated, especially the broccolini tips so they get fried and crisp.

Roast until the broccolini is bright green, starting to char. 10 to 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven, squeeze the lemon over the top and serve.

Personal Notes:
Many recipes will say you can substitute broccoli, but they do not cook the same and will be tough. The tips will absorb most of the flavor so be careful with the salt.
