Prime rib of beef
salt
peper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Leave roast at room temperature for 1 hour.
2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
3. Rub meat with salt and pepper.
4. Place fat side up in roasting pan.
5. Do not cover.
6. Cook at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
7. Turn off oven, but keep meat in oven with oven door closed.
8. Thirty to forty minutes prior to serving turn on oven and cook roast at 375 degrees until done.
