Beef liver, sliced, serving size
Flour
Liquid oil or Crisco
Large sliced onions
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat electric skillet to 375 or 380. Add oil. Brown quickly on each side slices of liver that have been skinned and deveined and tubes cut out with kitchen shears and dipped in well-seasoned flour. For more tender result, turn dial to 240 and continue frying and turning. Saute onions with a little salt and margarine or butter in microwave dish for 8 to 10 minutes. Or fry in skillet.
