1 pkg onion soup
1 can beer
1 pkg Ajus mix or Marinade mix
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. dehydrated pepper flakes
1 chuck or pot roast
Approximately 5 pepperoncini peppers
1 cup water (add a little more if the roast is big)

1. Rub seasoning over meat.
2. Place roast in crock pot.
3. Add all ingredients.
4. Cover and cook on low for approximately 4-8 hours, depending on size of roast.
5. Remove roast and pull apart into small shredded pieces.
6. Stir in meat juices.
7. Can be frozen, refrigerated or served at this time.
8. Note if roast is big use both ajus and marinade mix.
