5 cups flour
tsp. pepper
1 pkg. yeast
tsp. salt
cup olive oil
1 cup warm water
cornmeal
pizza toppings

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine water and yeast.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Knead thoroughly (10-20 minutes) until dough is smooth and satin-like.
4. Oil a bowl and place dough in the bowl, turning once so that the top is greased.
5. Cover and let rise in warm place until double in bulk (about 1 hour).
6. Cover cookie sheet with a small amount of cornmeal.
7. Stretch dough into pan.
8. Spread with desired filing.
9. Bake at 425 degrees until done (about 20-25 minutes)
