Pistachio Cake

1 white cake mix, Dry
2 boxes instant pistachio pudding, dry
cup milk
cup water
cup oil
5 eggs
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in order given and beat well. Pour in greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes. Let stand in pan 15 minutes before turning out on cake plate. Cool. Ice with a butter cream frosting with almond flavoring.
 

Butter Cream Frosting

stick butter, melted
3 cup podered sugar
milk as needed
tsp almond extract

Mix until creamy. Adjust powdered sugar and milk as needed.
