1 roma tomato - diced

1 red onion - diced

4 cloves garlic - crushed

feta cheese - as much or as little as you like

parmesan cheese

oregano - pinch

basil - pinch

sea salt - pinch

virgin olive oil - 1 tbsp.

baguette - sliced

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a bowl and let sit for a few hours so flavours can blend.

Serve on sliced baguette.
