Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

½ c. warm water
2 pkgs. dry yeast
2 Tbs. sugar
½ c. butter, melted
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
3½ oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
6 c. flour (more if dough is too sticky)
Butter, softened
2 c. brown sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon

Cream Cheese Frosting:
½ c. butter (room temperature)
1 tsp. vanilla
1-8 oz. package cream cheese (cold)
3 c. powdered sugar
1 Tbs. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, yeast and sugar. Stir until dissolved; set aside. Prepare pudding mix according to package directions. Add butter, eggs and salt. Mix well. Add yeast mixture, blending well. Gradually add flour. Knead until smooth. Place in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled. Punch down and let rise again.
Roll dough out on a large floured surface. Spread with butter. Mix together the 2 cups brown sugar and 4 tsp. cinnamon. Spread over butter. Roll up tightly and cut into 2" slices. Place on a greased cookie sheet 2" apart. Lightly press each roll down. Cover and let rise until doubled. Bake for 20 minutes at 350º or until lightly browned. (Do not over bake!)
For Frosting: Mix together butter and cream cheese together until smooth. Add remaining ingredients.
